Services
What we do
Our four services, spelled out to the detail — what you receive, who each one fits, and how the process runs from the first conversation to a live system.
Website & Mobile Apps Development
We design and build the digital products your business runs on and sells with — from a fast corporate website or landing page to a custom web application and a mobile app that share one backend. Every build starts from the goal rather than a template, so the result follows your process instead of forcing your process to fit the software.
What you get
- Corporate websites & company profiles
- Campaign & product landing pages
- Custom web applications & admin panels
- Android & iOS apps
- Custom design matched to your brand
- Admin panel so your team edits content itself
- Core Web Vitals, SEO & analytics
- Training & handover documentation
Best for
- Corporates
- Startups & SMEs
- Marketing teams

IoT Solutions
We connect sensors, controllers, and devices into one system you monitor from a single dashboard, so the data is actually used: lower energy use, faster alerts, and a clear record of what is happening on site.
What you get
- Device & sensor installation
- Central monitoring dashboard
- Real-time alerts via email & WhatsApp
- Automation rules for equipment
- Integration with existing systems
- Network documentation & training
Best for
- Facilities & offices
- Manufacturing
- Property

System Integration
Most businesses run on several tools that do not talk to each other. We connect them — payments, messaging, CRM, accounting, and internal systems — through well-documented APIs and integrations, so information moves automatically and reliably.
What you get
- REST & webhook integrations
- Payment, messaging & CRM connections
- API design & documentation
- Data migration & scheduled sync
- Single sign-on & access control
Best for
- Operations teams
- Growing businesses
- Agencies

Graphic Design
Good design is what makes a system usable and a brand recognisable. We cover UI/UX for websites and applications, brand identity, and the day-to-day visual assets — logos, guidelines, and collateral — so everything you put out looks like it came from the same place.
What you get
- UI/UX design for websites & apps
- Brand identity & logo design
- Brand guidelines & visual systems
- Social media & campaign assets
- Print & digital collateral
- Design handoff & component libraries
Best for
- Startups & SMEs
- Marketing teams
- Agencies

Our Process
Five steps, no surprises.
The same process runs a single-page site or a full custom system. You always know what is being worked on and what you will receive at each stage.
Discussion & Mapping
We listen first: who the users are, how the business process runs, and which part hurts the most today. No template is forced on you.
Needs summary & priority list
Proposal & Scope
The scope, the sequence of work, and the cost breakdown are put in writing — so there are no surprises midway or at handover.
Proposal & formal quote
Design & Prototype
Flows and screens are designed and approved first, before a line of code is written. You can try the prototype and give feedback at this stage.
Clickable prototype
Development & Testing
The system is built in stages on a staging environment you can access, tested across screen sizes, and reviewed together before going live.
Testable build & staging access
Launch & Maintenance
The system is deployed to production, your team is trained to use it, and the documentation is handed over. Ongoing support is available if you need it.
Live system, docs & training
FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
The things clients and partners most often ask before starting a project.
Do we own the source code and design assets?
Yes. After final payment, all application source code, design assets, and technical documentation belong to you outright. We do not hold your system hostage and do not install hidden license locks.
Where are our data and systems stored?
On servers we lease in Indonesia, so your data does not leave Indonesian jurisdiction. We do not store visitors’ raw IP addresses — only an encrypted form (HMAC) for security purposes, in line with the data-minimisation principle of the PDP Law.
Will our team be trained to manage the system?
Yes. Every project closes with usage training and written documentation. Admin panels are designed for non-technical staff, so your team can update content and day-to-day data without needing to contact us.
Can you work with the systems and tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We regularly integrate with existing tools — payment gateways, messaging, CRM, accounting, and internal systems — through APIs and documented integrations. If something cannot be connected cleanly, we will tell you before the project starts, not after.
Are you willing to sign an NDA before technical discussions?
Yes. We understand that some teams need a confidentiality agreement signed before opening up data or internal procedures. Send us your draft, or we can provide a standard draft for you to review.
What payment structure do you use?
Payment is made in stages following the progress of the work, not all up front. The terms and percentages are put in writing in the proposal so you can verify them before the project begins.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope: a company profile website is far quicker than a full custom web application. A binding timeline is stated in the proposal after the mapping session, not a generic figure we cannot stand behind.
Is there a warranty after the system launches?
Yes. We provide a warranty period for fixing bugs or defects that come from our work, excluding new scope changes. The duration and coverage are stated clearly in the proposal.
